BUYER SUPPLIES:
Indoor venue with electric, lighting and carpeting.
45 showcase or (25) 8 ft. tables, skirting matching,crowed control rope or stanchions.
Access to loading area for 53 ft.Semi trailer, 3 days prior and 2 days after the event.
Forklift with operator and 2 laborers to unload and load the trailer.
Advertising in all of venues brochures, TV, Radio and all print.
Liability Insurance.
24 hour security.
2 rooms hotel 3 nights before, 2 nights after and during the event.

AREA NEEDED:
60x60f. or 40x40f. Level area.

SET UP & TEAR DOWN:
Setup 2 days.
Tear down 2 days.

All exhibits are contained in our owned 53f semi trailer. We arrange movement of the trailer to or from the venue via private truckers. The shipping is controlled completely by Egyptian Art Center and potential problems with traditional freight companies are avoided.
